CNIACC - National Center for Information and Arbitration of Consumer Disputes
CICAP- Porto Consumer Information and Arbitration Center
CACCL - Lisbon Consumer Dispute Arbitration Center
The list and contact details of these entities are made available by the Directorate-General for Consumers on the Consumer Portal (https://www.consumidor.gov.pt/).
In the event of a consumer dispute within the scope of contracts concluded online, the customer can use the Electronic Platform for Online Dispute Resolution (https://www.consumidor.gov.pt/plataforma-eletronica-europeia-para-a-resolucao-de-litigios-de-consumo-em-linha.aspx).
